Resolution from the Town of Leicester

C.A.R.E. Leicester requested official support from the Town's Select Board, recognizing that their backing is essential to the success of its mission. The town government controls essential resources, provides organizational legitimacy, and bridges the gap between community needs and policy solutions.

On December 9, 2025, the Select Board adopted the following resolution of the Town of Leicester in support of Community Advocates for Resource Engagement.

C.A.R.E. Leicester is in the process of creating bylaws that will be used to create a nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth of MA and a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(3)(c) of the U.S. Tax Code. They will be posted as soon as they are complete.
