Types of Infrastructure

When we think of infrastructure, we often think of "hard" infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and pipelines, but it is so much more. Infrastructure is also "soft," which applies to education, government, and technology.  It also applies to social connections within the community.  The projects that CARE works on may fall into either category. 

Our current projects fall into both categories.
